2. There is nothing more frustrating for a customer than to receive a plate with the name misspelled. Providing the customer spells the name right, this will never again happen. Customers now can log in to the secure Honors site to upload their imprinting information. This information will be digitally transferred to their product. There will no longer be typing errors or wrongful assumptions about whether a letter is an I or an L.

3. When most plaques are ordered without personalization, the plaque will be shipped with a set of blank plates to maintain the integrity of the plaque. When the imprinting is ordered, the user simply removes the blank plate replacing it with the new personalized plate.
