Honors Recognition Products

Art Requirements

Preferred art format is Vector art such as .AI, .CDR, .EPS. We also accept: .PDF, .JPEG, .GIF, .TIF of at least 300 dpi resolution. Although these files may appear to display your artwork, they may not be satisfactory for production purposes and art charges will apply to logos requiring modification.
If you have a question as to whether your art is acceptable for production, please email the logo as an attachment to art@honorsplaques.com and we will have our art department review the logo.
Files should be saved for PC when using a Mac. We will attempt to match PMS colors, however only near tonal values may be expected.

Custom Pieces

Honors strives to offer many different award options. While all of our product lines have many configurable pieces; there may be a size, shape or color that your company may desire that is not listed within our catalog. Please contact an Honors consultant by phone or email to discuss custom options and pricing.

Endorsements

The logos, artwork and trademarks shown in the catalog have been reproduced as examples of the types of customizing available and for display purposes only. They are not presented for resale and are not intended as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner or that the item was originally produced for the trademark owner.

Errors

Although we will make every attempt to process your product without error, an occasional error does occur. Please email us at info@honorsplaques.com and we will put your request at the top of the orders to be completed and shipped immediately.

Expedited/Rush Service

Please see our Quick Ship products within each line for honors that will ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Expedited orders are available. Please contact an Honors Customer Service Representative to discuss your options.

Imprinting Information

Header plate and first individual plate imprinting are included for all perpetual plaques. Imprinting will be centered.
For imprint color changes, price breaks revert to quantities for each color.
Individual plates are either sublimated or engraved depending on piece.

Payment

First time customers are required to provide a credit card when the order is placed. The credit card will be charged once the order has shipped.
Payment is required at time of shipment for all other orders. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Company Check.

Production Time

Please refer to each product line for production time after art approval.
We will try to accommodate your date requirements. Please provide your time line when placing your order.
Imprinted individual plates will be mailed via USPS within 48 hours after receiving your information.

Proofs

A proof is provided on all orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Proofs are provided by email within 24-48 business hours after receiving your order. The order will not proceed until after the customer provides art approval.
Proofs must be approved within 24 hours of receipt to meet initial production schedule. Each additional day proof approval is delayed will equally delay the shipping date.

Quantity Discounts

Quantity discounts apply only if the order includes more than 1 of the same item at time of purchase. You may have different text/images on each item if it applies. No discounts are given on Expedited / Rush orders.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be accepted unless otherwise previously confirmed with Honors Recognition via email.
Depending on the stage of production, cancellation charges may apply.

Shipping

UPS Ground is Honors standard method of shipping. Orders are shipped UPS ground delivery within the continental United States. Other options are available. Please contact Honors at info@honorsplaques.com for information.
Individual plates are mailed USPS.
All shipments are FOB Greenwood Village, CO.
Ship date and/or In-Hands date needs to be provided when order is placed to ensure availability.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify Honors if there is breakage or damage to your shipment. We cannot guarantee on-time or safe delivery of goods when the fault lies in the carrier. Retain original outer cartons, packing material, broken items and packing list for inspection by carrier, as carrier will automatically deny claim without these materials for inspection.

Drop Shipments
There is a $5.00 charge per package plus actual shipping costs. Addressed labels must be furnished with orders.

Terms of Sale

All orders placed with Honors are acknowledged via email. All orders are subject to approval and product availability. Accuracy of the information submitted for orders is the responsibility of the customer.
